BC Best Call Plumbing

One plumber per market. Chosen, not bought.

Best Call is an invitation-only credential for plumbing companies. One firm in each market holds the seat, and it is reviewed on performance. It cannot be purchased, and it is not for sale to anyone.

When a plumber hands you a Best Call card, you are looking at a firm that was selected before it ever met you.

What Best Call means in your home

Plumbing is where scope surprises start. A shutoff that will not close, a wall that has to open, a line that was never what the last owner thought it was.

1

Scope explained before it changes

Every job is fact dependent. You should hear what was found, what it changes, and what it costs before the work continues.

2

Arrival you can count on

A plumber on the way is told to say so, including when a previous job runs long. Silence is the complaint that follows most visits.

3

Someone independent is listening

You speak to Best Call, not to the company doing the work. Anything that comes up is heard while it can still be fixed.

How it works, in about a minute of your time

1

The card

Your technician hands you a Best Call card when he arrives, or leaves it with the paperwork. It has a code, and nothing else to fill in.

2

Your minute

Scan it and answer a few straight questions about the visit. No account, no password, no app.

3

What happens next

A concern reaches the office right away. Praise reaches the technician by name. You hear from us again when the work is finished.

NPACT

Need, Parts, Availability, Cost, Time. Every plumbing job turns on those five things, and any one of them can change once the work begins.

When any of the five changes, in either direction, you are told as quickly as possible. That single habit prevents more disputes than any warranty.

Why only one plumbing company holds it

Most trust marks are sold. Ours is awarded. We research the leading plumbing firms in a market, invite a small number, and open a single seat. It is reviewed, and it can be lost.

If a firm slips, the seat goes to the next one in line. That is why the mark on the card means something, and why you will not see it on every van in town.

Plumbing firms holding the seat

The market directory is being populated. Each listing will name the firm holding the seat, the date it was awarded, and how it is performing.
